Return and Cancellation Policy

Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use.

We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from, you may request a refund from within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the product.

In case of a cancellation and if your order has been paid a 10% will be deducted from the refunded amount due to Bank or Payfast transaction fees.

Please send us an email with the reason of the return and a copy of your invoice prior to your refund. Please note that a 10% will be deducted from the refunded amount due to bank or Payfast fees. Also any extra charges for the delivery and the packaging will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you send.

All weight loss claims refer to the Herbalife Weight Management Program which includes, amongst other things, a calorie-controlled diet, regular exercise, an adequate daily fluid intake and appropriate rest. Results may vary from person to person.
